Residential College Regulations & Forms
※ Full boarding school is one of the key features of holistic education and is specified in the admissions brochure. Freshmen are required to live on campus(TKU International Dormitory) , and sophomores are encouraged to continue living on campus. This applies to new students starting from the 2024 academic year.
※ Except for special circumstances (such as physical or mental health issues, sudden family changes, etc.) which can be handled on a case-by-case basis, the process is as follows:
- Students must fill out the Student Report Form 【PDF file】【ODT file】, stating the reasons and attaching relevant supporting documents.
- The form must be signed and approved by the department chairperson and then sent to the Holistic Education Center for review. Only those who receive approval are exempt from living on campus.
- Those who are not approved and did not live on campus in their freshman year must live on campus during their sophomore year to complete the group learning experience.
